When you visit us, we process information about you in order to administer your visit and, if applicable, parking, as well as to know who is on our premises for security reasons and to be able to prosecute crimes
What information is processed and how?
An authorized employee arranges for the visitor's entry by adding them to a visitor log or granting them access.
On arrival at the office, the visitor provides their name and company to the receptionist or security desk.
The receptionist or security personnel checks the pre-approved list to confirm the visitor's authorisation.
Once the identity is confirmed, the receptionist or security personnel grants access by buzzing the visitor through a secure door, the employee who invited to visitor will collect them and escort them to their destination.
If necessary, you will also receive an entry card. This is used to register which doors you pass through in our premises.
Registered personal data may be processed in the event of incidents, for example to produce an evacuation list in the event of a fire, or to be able to create a police report in case of suspected crime.
If you want to park in one of our parking lots, we will record the registration number of the vehicle you parked in order for you to have the right to park there.

We process your personal data to follow up on how satisfied you are with how we have handled a case and to contact you if you stated that you were not satisfied, in order to continuously improve our business.

After you have been in contact with us regarding any kind of case, we use your contact details to call you or send you an e-mail or text message to ask how satisfied you are with how we have handled your matter and whether you would recommend us to your friends and acquaintances. You will also have the opportunity to provide additional comments by leaving a message by telephone or completing a survey.
If you choose to answer our questions, we store your feedback in connection with your case and the employee who handled it, together with a unique response ID and, if we have a customer relationship, also your customer number for follow-up. If you stated that you are extremely dissatisfied, we may contact you to see if there is anything else we can do to please you and to better understand what you are dissatisfied with.
We compile all feedback into statistics to measure customer satisfaction in different situations.

We process the contact information required for the interaction to be established such as phone number, e-mail address or alias names. We also process your name and personal identity number if you have authenticated your identity digitally.
The interaction is then saved as a video, audio or document file in our recording system with information about your contact information, the time and date of the interaction, the interaction channel, the employee who handled the interaction and the type of case.
During follow-up and training, random files are selected for review by the employee and their coach to discuss possible improvement actions.
