Processing of personal data

You have the right to request a so-called register extract from us. If you do so, you will receive an extract of the personal data about you that you have the right to access, together with information about how we process it. Please state which treatment(s) your request concerns.

If we have inaccurate personal data about you, you have the right to request that we correct it. You also have the right to request that we complete your personal data if it is incomplete.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data that we use based on our (or a partner's) legitimate interest. Following your objection, we may only continue to process your data if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh your interests or if we need to process the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data that we use for direct marketing, including profiling related to such marketing. If you have objected to processing for direct marketing purposes, we may no longer process your data for such purposes.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that we use for statistical purposes.

You have the right to have your personal data erased:

• If the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we have processed it.
• If you withdraw your consent that you previously gave us and we have no other basis for the processing.
• If you object to a processing that we carry out on the basis of a legitimate interest and we have no reasons that outweigh your interest.
• If the processing is for direct marketing purposes and you object to your data being processed for that purpose.
• If we have processed the personal data in an unlawful manner.
• If deletion is required to comply with a legal obligation.

You do not have the right to erasure if our processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to demand that we restrict our processing of your data:

• If you say that your personal data is incorrect, you can request that we restrict our processing while we check whether the data is correct.
• If the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data to be erased but instead request that we restrict its use.
• If we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need it to be able to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
• If you have objected to a processing that we carry out on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can request that we restrict our processing while we are working to check whether our legitimate interest outweighs your legitimate interest.

In addition to storing it, we may only process the data that is subject to a restriction for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, to protect the rights of others or on the basis of your consent.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided that the processing is based on consent or performance of a contract and that it is carried out by automated means. You also have the right to have the data transferred directly to another data controller if it is technically possible.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in cases where we base our processing of your data on your consent.
