Petmania is a 100% Irish owned retailer, and the largest specialist pet retailer in Ireland.
They employ almost 250 people through their stores, head office and distribution center, and are proud to support local communities through their education programme and adoption network.
Petmania are dedicated to sharing their customer’s passion for pets; and love that pets are part of the Irish family.
Through Petmania’s Operation TransPAWmation, which began in 2017 to highlight the rise in overweight dogs in Ireland, they have helped pet owners prevent their dogs from developing obesity. Since then, #PetmaniaOT has evolved to become a whole health campaign for dogs and cats, helping thousands of pet owners get to grips with their pet’s everyday health and wellbeing.
The Irish Kennel Club
The Irish Kennel Club promotes the responsible ownership and breeding of dogs throughout Ireland through education, registration, training and support schemes and events.
The Good Citizen Dog Scheme helps educate dog owners and develop dogs into happy, loyal and well-behaved companions. The Good Citizen Test is offered by approved clubs and training classes, ensuring a high standard of training for owners.
