We’re thrilled to launch the Agria Horse Ride 2026 in aid of My Lovely Horse Rescue. It’s free to take part, wherever you are in Ireland, and for every horse registered, Agria will donate €5 to My Lovely Horse Rescue.

Who are My Lovely Horse Rescure and what do they do?
My Lovely Horse Rescue (MLHR) is one of Ireland’s leading equine welfare charities, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming unwanted, neglected and abused animals, with the aim of giving them a life worth living.
At the heart of MLHR’s work is the belief that every horse deserves to be treated with kindness, care and respect. The charity provides a safe environment for horses that have experienced neglect, poor welfare or difficult circumstances, giving them the veterinary care, rehabilitation and attention they need to recover.
MLHR also works to find suitable, loving homes for horses ready to begin the next chapter of their lives. Rehoming is carefully managed, with the welfare and long-term needs of each horse at the centre of the process. For horses that cannot be rehomed, MLHR provides ongoing sanctuary and care.
Beyond rescue and rehabilitation, MLHR plays an important role in raising awareness of responsible horse ownership. Through education, advocacy and community engagement, the charity promotes better standards of equine welfare across Ireland.
Their work is made possible by the dedication of the team, volunteers, supporters and donors, helping to provide horses in need with the care, protection and second chance they deserve.
How your registration helps
Agria will donate €5 to My Lovely Horse Rescue for each horse participating in the event. Please note that only participants registered via the registration page will be included in the donation.

That’s why the Agria Horse Ride is supporting My Lovely Horse Rescue - bringing Ireland’s horse community together to raise awareness and funds for horses in need, simply by getting out and doing what they already love.

Every horse deserves proper care and the chance of a safe, secure future. Yet across Ireland, horses continue to be abandoned, neglected or left in difficult circumstances.
Rescue and rehoming organisations like My Lovely Horse Rescue provide vital care, rehabilitation and support for these horses, often while working under significant financial pressure.
